Very fast shipping! Received my WODE unit within 2 days (excellent!).
All required tools included ...!
Installation was painless and relatively quick (about an hour). I do recommend reading the instructions carefully, or look at one or the other WODE Jukebox installation on YouTube.

As with all of these mods; pay attention to what you're doing and make sure to remember where the screws came from :)
Also, do not try to use not too much force when putting the DVD drive back.
After installation I connected a USB 2.5" 160Gb HDD (NTFS formatted).
Using a Hitachi LG GDR-8082N (USB Portable DVD Rom Drive found on eBay) and "RawDump 2.1", I copied my original Wii games to ISO files.
After that I used "WiiBackupManager" (v. 0.3.5-b1) to convert the ISO's to WBFS files (space saver) and copied them on the USB HDD.
Plug it in the WODE, and you're good to go.
I only had to set region to US (default seems to be Japan), disabled region fix, updated the firmware with an SD card, and now I never have to swap game disks again!
Excellent! Wish they would offer this for my XBox 360!
All-in-all a GREAT product, definitely worth the money ...
