Shipping
Our shipped orders do come with a confirmation/tracking number and not just dropped in the air-mail!
There are several different ways of shipping the product to you, if you require faster shipping please contact us with your order and we can give you an estimate on shipping
Our standard shipping is anywhere from 1-4 days depending on where its being shipped from and where you are located, overseas customers will expect shipping within 7 business days.
North America customers: In order for us to get your order to you faster, almost all orders are shipped within your own country
COD Orders are available in Canada only! Payment will be accepted in Canadian funds,
- USD order total will be converted to Canadian dollars and Courier COD FEEs will be added.
Money Orders, Western Union, MoneyGram are accepted, just contact us first to make arrangements!
If you are out side North America, your shipping is typically done via registered air-mail or an EMS style of shipping, since this is a cheaper way to ship the package rather than the big 4 courier companies, but upgrades to a more expensive courier is possible!
Refunds and Returns
We typically do not accept returned product.
If the product is defective we will exchange it
Refunds are subject to a process fee depending upon the condition of the product
All warranties are Return To Base. Therefore it is your responsibility for payment of all shipping costs for any returned items.
If the returned product is verified faulty, it will be replaced or repaired. If the item is no longer available, an equivalent or higher quality product will be sent back to you
If the returned product is verified as working 100%, it will be shipped back to you as soon as possible. You are responsible for all return shipping costs
Refunds: Since most of the item(s) sold require installation and modification of products you own we do not accept returns - however all products come with a 30 day warranty, there will be exceptions to this, and will be noted on those exact items
No software returns.
Warranty
We DO NOT take back defective product that is older than 30 days warranty; unless we have made arrangements for an extended warranty; since the manufacturer of these items do not offer a longer warranty
